No Fish Reprise {acrylic on canvas | 20×24}
In March of 1978 I was at Fiddler Point with my camera. I saw this boat headed for shore. It was very cold and windy. These two guys had been out in the bay hoping for a strike. No luck. No Fish. With their permission I photographed them from a number of angles. I have done dozens of paintings from that morning 44 years ago… and I’ll do more.
